Position :Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location : Kuwait
Reports to : Commercial Sales Director
The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- Develop a strategy to win back targeted major accounts
- To achieve revenue targets set by sales Leadership
- Determine key client requirements and communicate internally to develop a winning proposition
- Participate in marketing and product development discussions in order to better analyse customer and market needs.
- Measure, achieve and report sales & margin budget versus actual and come up with corrective actions – of applicable
- Ensure all key accounts are maintained effectively ie competencies, driving results, customer focus, inflencing others
- Manage and the grow key account in line with company strategy.
- Follow up with concern department and parties in the company to ensure resolving key client issues and complaints.

Position : Key Account Manager
Location : Kuwait
Reports to : Commercial Sales Director
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel & Agents
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
- You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance.
- •Train distributors to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, and customer service, performance and profitability.”

Position: VSAT – Satellite Engineer
Location : Kuwait
Reports to : Technical Director
- To have experience with VSAT systems, modulation technics, Link Budgets LBA, satellite hubs, SCPC and TDMA, .. platforms , maritime, SNG, TV turnaround & broadcasting
- To be familiar with satellite hub and platforms systems – iDirect, Cpmtech Heights, …
- To monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose (use of hardware and software diagnostic tools), hardware/software configurations, adding, removing, replacing hardware components, cable infrastructure installation and resolve problems with satellite systems.
- To maintain and operate communication devices, satellite hubs, uplinks and other TV services e.g. turnarounds,
- To create, maintain, and disseminate system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures for satellite/network maintenance activities.
- To provide technical knowledge and assistance to other team members – support team.
- To be familiar with teleports – infrastructure(Power, UPS, ATS, Generator & Air Conditioning) is highly desirable.
- To provide technical oversight or supervision of others.

Position:Broadcast Engineer
Location : Kuwait
Reports to : Technical Director
- To be part of the Technical support team and handling day to day operations & maintenance and support primarily for our broadcast/ uplink facilities.
- To ensure service availability: As part of Operations team it is important to ensure ON AIR status 24/7. Work time may involve shifts.
- To work in IP-based Compression System for MPEG-2/MPEG-4/DVB S/S2.
- To Install, Configure, Monitor and maintain Headend equipment (e.g.:- IRD, Encoder, Multiplexer, Switches,SDI/ASI/RF routers,Video gateways etc.).
- To handle new TV channels activation along with all related configs e.g. network, playout, …
- To troubleshoot problems – analyze logs of broadcast hardware and quickly resolve issues.
- To escalate – Open cases / tickets with related vendor for unresolved issues.To work on different IPTV/OTT streaming plateforms such as RTSP, RTMP, HLS,Smooth streaming. (Aside from DTH which is main)
- To do daily shift check routines that monitor status and health of facility equipment.
- To prepare logical – physical diagrams related to existing or new setups along with related documentation.
- Educational Level : Bachelor’s Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Bright self-motivated with highly analytical problem solving skills & experienced candidate.
- Relevant Experience In Years : 5+ years of Broadcast Engineering or related experience
